We were appointed to carry out key mechanical and electrical upgrades at Blandford Leisure Centre, supporting the site’s drive towards greater energy efficiency and modernised infrastructure.

The project involved the installation of high-efficiency air source heat pumps (ASHPs) to replace existing heating systems, significantly reducing the building’s carbon footprint and supporting long-term sustainability goals. In addition to the ASHPs, comprehensive mains upgrades were delivered to improve the electrical capacity and resilience of the facility’s services.

All works were carefully coordinated to minimise disruption to the leisure centre’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the site remained functional and accessible to the public throughout the upgrade programme. The result is a more energy-efficient, future-ready facility better equipped to serve the local community.
