The Wilton Civic Core is at the heart of the new Wilton Hill neighbourhood, built on the site of the former Erskine army barracks. The centre includes an Enterprise Hub, specialist flats for the rehabilitation of ex-army veterans, housing for army veterans with families, a care home and a crèche.
